Amazing Experience

Sedona retreat was a trip I will never forget. My mom and I got to experience adventure together and try excursions we have never done, like petting wolves at the Wolf Sanctuary and hanging upside down on a trapeze. By the end of the week, I felt fully refreshed mentally, physically, and emotionally. We started each day with a variety of classes, had options for fun excursions in the afternoons, watched the sunset on the beach, and ended several days with yin yoga practices. Expertly Led

I had no idea what to expect as this was my first retreat ever. This just happened to be during my birthday, so I jumped at the chance to treat myself. My body, soul and spirit were all nourished. I found new friends, and reconnected with a few old friends. I experienced a bucket list item at Bioluminescent Bay (mind blown!). I learned I can do hard things (I turned 69 on the trip), and closed the chapter on my double hip replacement. The trip was expertly led by Kim and Bianca. In short, I'm so grateful I could go, and will definitely make this trip again if offered!

Sedona 2023 was amazing. It was one of those ‘I need to refill my cup kind of trips and it sounded relaxing and perfect’. I got to pet wolves. I got to do yoga. I got to choose whether I wanted to go on a hike or take a bubble bath. Everything is planned for you, but you can adhere to the plan or do whatever you want. The scenery, the weather, the food, the support - unparalleled! It was an experience like nothing I’ve ever had and I plan to go on these retreats for as long as I can.

Been on 5 Retreats!

I have been on 5 Retreats with Simply Fit Retreats. Hiking in Asheville, roaming the beaches in Costa Rica, seeing all the beautiful places in Sedona, exploring Black Mountain and being introduced to the magnificent scenery in Puerto Rico. In addition to exploring we did yoga, Danz Insanity, HIIT classes, resistance band classes, and kickboxing. We had great food and plenty of time for relaxation and spending time with old friends and new friends. I'm looking forward to my 6th retreat.

Can't Wait for the Next One

Puerto Rico 2024 was my first retreat with SimPly Fit Wellness and I don’t think it will be my last! It was the most wonderful, stress free getaway! I felt recharged and ready to jump back into my busy life when I returned. The trip was reasonably priced and mostly all inclusive which made everything we did carefree and relaxing. It was the perfect blend of exercise, adventure, social time and free time at a beautiful resort. SimPly Fit Retreats helped me realize how important it is for our mental, physical, and spiritual health to have a balanced, planned adventure. Teen Yoga!

Our daughter has taken private tween/teen yoga classes with Kim Ply for over 2 years. In each session, Kim has integrated balance poses, a gentle yoga flow sequence, and strength work followed by guided meditation and mindful rest in restorative postures. The mindfulness, focus and breathwork practices have carried over into her "off the mat" life. She utilizes these self-regulation and emotional grounding strategies as she encounters challenges of adolescent life at school and with friends in a post-pandemic world. Personal Training through a knee replacement!

I have been training with Kim for over 10 years. She has excelled in challenging me in those years through the use of weights, TRX, bodyweight exercises and other equipment.
